Requirement : ability to bend space and time
I always like this one. Martin was later written up for “failure to perform other duties as required.” Feeling that he wasn’t a good fit for the company, citing that as a human he’s bound by the laws of space-time, he left for a much better opportunity.

Stroker - 6 Malaysian per hour
The Star. The news scares the hell out of me. It’s been a while since I did any exercise (although been sweating a lot since it’s dry season here in KK). Guess it’s time to hit the gym/ jogging track or futsal with Sabahrhinos.

9 C(s) of leadership - Lee Iacoca
Iacocca: Where Have All the Leaders Gone? I first came to know about Lido “Lee” Iacocca after reading his autobiography. How he steered Chevy back into business. The above article was meant for Dubya straight from the gut. But I guess Dubya has lots of similarities with our current PM, Pak Lah in terms of saying the wrong things at the wrong time and in terms of snooze time. ...

The Strange World of Comic Book Ads →
If you’re a comic freak (like I was back then - Spiderman, Captain America, Incredible Hulk, Batman, Spawn etc.) this will remind you about all those days reading comic books. p/s: It was expensive to collect American Comics here in Malaysia, that’s why I started to collect Hong Kong based comics translated to Malays language (Dewata Raya, Pedang Setiawan, Pendekar Laut) .

Mashable Want a video removed from YouTube? Send along a fake takedown notice pretending to be from the copyright holder. At least, it’s a prank that worked for a 15 year old from Perth, Australia, who sent a signed form to YouTube pretending to be from the Australian Broadcasting Company. The form requested the takedown of hundreds of clips from “The Chaser’s War on Everything”. p/s: cunning

Amazing what kids can think of. Better to be safe than ….Punch a 5th grader. Strike while the…..Bug is close. It’s always darkest before….Daylight Savings time. Never underestimate the power of…..Termites. You can lead a horse to water but ….how? Don’t bite the hand that ….looks dirty. No news is….impossible. A miss is as good as a...

Confessions of an Economic Hit Man!
I bought the book 2 weeks ago from Popular Bookstore, Center Point. The book is about a guy claiming he was part of a global conspiracy by American corporations to get third world countries into huge amount of debts so that they can be used to feed the global empire’s economy. From Panama to Indonesia. John Perkins, the author also wrote in his book the role of EHMs. From his early days...

Bloggers must register with Ministry for Energy,...
Read it at Marina Mahathir’s blog. A little bird called me up and told me that Deputy Minister for Energy, Water and Communications, Dato’ Shaziman Abu Mansor (pic above), has suggested that all local bloggers be registered with his Ministry before they can be allowed to blog. This is what I call WTF!

You Get It
YouGetIt is a new service (30 days to launch) that will “launch Web 2.1”. They claim they’ve reached “semantic web”. I had registered for the preview. Based on the presentation, looks like it’s a collaboration between various services. Can’t wait to try it out (hopefully it’s free).
